Luneko is a cheerful little cat girl and the owner of "Nekochaya Calicious", a cat café of a slightly different kind. She is unable to talk, except for a few cat-like sounds, so she mostly communicates through gestures or by drawing on her sketch pad.

Most of her time she spends at Nekochaya Calicious, preparing and serving desserts and drinks to her guests together with her cats which posess a very special magic: they can add specific flavours to anything.
